Micro Machines are now able to explore the third dimension. Gameplay still stays the same, but the whole new graphics now look more realistic. Also a lot of new multiplayer options were added.

Glitches
For some computers, some of the keys in the game just do not work (it's even written in the text file).
Hall of Fame
There was a Micro Machines V3 Hall of Fame on the Codemasters site. After racing a Time Trial or a Test Drive, a scrambled code of your time was displayed on the screen. This code could be submitted to the rankings site so everyone could see your skills.
