March 2010

Reliance Big Entertainment Ltd. (RBEL), a part of India’s Reliance ADA group, acquires a 50% shareholding in the company.

November 14, 2008

The company acquires the Birmingham division of development studio Swordfish Studios Limited and re-brands it Codemasters Birmingham.
