Codemasters Birmingham is a development studio of The Codemasters Software Company Limited and it is based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. It was first announced in 14th November 2008 when Codemasters reported to have acquired the Birmingham division of Swordfish Studios, a development studio that had been active since September 2002.

The studio was initially led by Trevor Williams, former managing director of Swordfish Studios. In October 2009, it was confirmed he left the studio. Alex McLean took over, the former co-founder of Pivotal Games.
