Overview edit · view history

Founded in 1995, Broadsword Interactive Limited designs and produces computer software for the Computer and console games industry. It was originally an offshoot of Broadsword Television, but is now fully independent, and is managed and operated from the Aberystwyth office by its management team, namely: David Rowe (co-founder) - CEO, John Jones-Steele (co-founder) - Managing Director, Jim Finnis – Development Director and Nick Court – Studio Manager.

Broadsword also provides a conversion service to and from PC, PS2, PSP, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, GameCube, DS and Wii formats. This work involves the design and development of innovative projects from concept to delivery of either a master CD for the client or a download from the internet, whichever is appropriate.

Contracts completed during 2006 include the award-winning Dance Factory for Codemasters and Dance Fest & Street Dance for Oxygen Interactive. 2007 has seen the completion of Fruitfall DS for System 3 & Impossible Mission on PS2 & Wii, again for System 3, along with 25toLife for Eidos.
