3D Space Ranger

3D Space Ranger is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls their spaceship from a perspective behind the vehicle. The ship moves in all directions, fires forward, and has a limited number of smart bombs that can destroy all enemies on the screen.

The player's goal is to descend into a trench on the enemy starbase and release a missile to destroy the base. To do this, the player must destroy incoming enemy vessels, and avoid colliding with asteroid fields. If the vessel is hit three times it's game over.
