Blokus
Description
Blokus is based on the strategy board game with the same name. Like in the board game, the four players get 21 Tetris-shaped pieces each, and has to place one piece each round. The pieces can only be placed so that they touch the corners (diagonal) of your own pieces, but never touch the edges. There are no such restrictions on other player's pieces. The game is finished when all players are blocked from placing any more pieces. The player with most pieces on the board (larger pieces count more than smaller ones), is the winner.
This game includes four game variants: Four players control one color each. Two players control two colors each Four players play in teams of two. The separate "Blokus Duo": A two-player game with a smaller board, and slightly different rules.
Blokus includes a tournament mode for one player, where the player has to win games against AI to progress, and a quick mode against the AI. Both local and online multiplayer modes are supported.
